For our part, we are always glad to recommend various menu options with local national flavors: Caucasian cuisine, Oriental cuisine, Russian cuisine, BBQ, beer party. We serve only the most fresh local produce grown by private farms and gardeners. Our Chef will be happy to cook for you such exquisite barbecue delights as pork or lamb grilled on the spit, the Tsar Uhhaa (fish soup), a sturgeon kebab, Shulium (a rich lamb stew), Ajapsandali stewed vegetables, and much more.
